MOULDGONE RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of opening or use

How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?
Once the item has been returned to us, you will receive a store credit or refund within 7 days.

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?
Shipping fees to return items that are incorrectly ordered are at your cost. Defective items, or good that were received damaged, we will cover the shipping.

How you handle lost or damaged returns. 
Items that are lost in shipping back to us will have no claim
